I watch this video over and over. This is so entertaining and exciting.not only do you have to be in top physical condition to do this but the for the steps they do and knee drops it puts much stress and strain on the joints, but with your head and focus on the music you are enjoying what you are doing so you do not realize what kind workout your giving your whole body. So your not just a dancer, your an acrobat, gymnast , aerobic all these go into what your putting your body thru.. but because your so into the music and the beat, that you don’t realize everything thats going on with your body .. so make sure you take care to warm up and prepare the work your going to put your body thru.. so these men are not just dancers, they are machines the way they use their bodies..plus I get to enjoy the part that not only are they amazing at what they do, but being a female ,I get to enjoy the fact they are all great EYE CANDY….
